By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Event Details
This is a two-day in-person personal development workshop taking place on 28–29 March 2026 in Hamburg, Germany.
Participation is limited to 50 attendees.
2. Ticket Categories
Two ticket types are available:
Early Bird Ticket (179 EUR)
Full Price Ticket (200 EUR )
Free to 15 members of &SOUL COMMUNITY
Tickets are personal and may not be shared unless formally transferred in writing.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Early Bird Tickets
Early Bird tickets are discounted in exchange for commitment and are therefore non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another participant with written notice at least 24 hours before the event.
Full Price Tickets
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event start date (before 30 May 2026) are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event start date (from 30 May 2026 onward) are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another participant or onto a future event with written notice at least 48 hours before the event.
&SOUL Members Tickets
These tickets are exclusively for members of &Soul community. Private access code to be shared by &Soul team.
It is expected to be in FULL attendance for both days - to be present for the entire scheduled activities. Breach of this may result in refusal of entry during the weekend.
4. No-Show & Partial Attendance
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
Non-attendance
Late arrival
Early departure
Partial participation
5. Event Changes or Cancellation by Organiser
If the event is cancelled by AVF Coaching LLC, participants will receive either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer to a rescheduled date
The organiser reserves the right to make minor adjustments to schedule, room allocation, venue details within Hamburg, or facilitation team if necessary.
6. Exclusion of Statutory Right of Withdrawal
We recommend obtaining personal insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. By purchasing, you agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off rights due to the time-specific nature of this event.
7. Nature of the Event
This workshop is an experiential personal development event involving emotional exploration, somatic exercises, breathwork, movement practices, and facilitated group processes.
It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. No medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment is provided.
8. Personal Responsibility
Participation is voluntary.
By attending, you confirm that:
You are physically and psychologically capable of participating.
You take full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after the event.
You will inform the organiser in advance of any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may impact participation.
You understand you may pause or withdraw from exercises at any time.
9. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that emotional release work may involve intense emotional experiences.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AVF Coaching LLC shall not be liable for:
Personal injury
Psychological distress
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Indirect or consequential damages
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
11. Participant Conduct & Confidentiality
Participants agree to:
Respect the confidentiality of other attendees
Engage in exercises responsibly
Follow safety instructions provided by facilitators
Attend both days of the weekend event
The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants whose behaviour endangers themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
12. Data Protection (GDPR)
AVF Coaching LLC processes participant data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data collected during registration may include:
Name
Email address
Payment details
Relevant health or participation information voluntarily provided
This data is processed for:
Event administration
Communication regarding the event
Legal and accounting obligations
Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe.
Participant data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for event organisation or where legally required.
Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting:
13. Media & Recording Policy
This event may be photographed and/or filmed for documentation and promotional purposes.
Group room footage and wide-angle shots may be captured during the event.
Close-up individual recordings will not be used without prior discussion and explicit consent.
Consent regarding filming and media use will be discussed clearly with participants upon arrival at the event.
If a participant does not wish to appear in identifiable footage, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate this request (e.g., seating adjustments).
Participants are strictly prohibited from filming, recording, or photographing other attendees during exercises or group processes. This protects confidentiality and the emotional safety of the space.
Any unauthorised recording may result in removal from the event without refund.
